"I just wanted to take a minute to offer my written endorsement of the fine work that you completed at our home in Eugene, OR were I have my home office and my retired mother has joined us to reside. The first project you undertook was the refinishing of the oak floors in our 1920’s craftsman style home. Your attention to detail and actually taking the time to nurture the floors back to life was remarkable, especially since we had never met and the transaction was done over the phone during our relocation. Upon arriving in Eugene, we found that the floors were spectacular and your use of environmentally friendly products clearly illustrated a workmanship and responsibility that is rare these days in any field. We were equally happy with the very involved exterior concrete deck, stairs and railing system you finished as your next project for us in front of my mother’s flat downstairs. The amount of thought and design that was expended prior to the actual saw-cutting, pouring and finish work paid off in a project that not only was completed early but has also been remarked upon by several neighbors for its blending into out very particular location. I think the fact that you and your crew were so considerate of my retired mother’s safety and comfort was fantastic. Each day the debris was cleaned, each day the temporary walkway was replaced and always you and your crew were friendly and willing to consider my mother’s wishes for her new deck. The result is a beautiful deck with an environmentally kind stairway system that allows her the freedom to sit and enjoy the beauty of Eugene outside her front door. Finally, and I cannot stress this enough, the one thing that I would like anyone considering you as a contractor to know is that the word “integrity” is something that not only personified our experience with Aloha Bros. Contracting it is also a deeply ingrained trait that is obvious in every interaction and thought of your work. As you know, I travel extensively and my wife and two daughters were home frequently with me being thousands of miles away. I never once worried (and I am an extremely protective husband and Dad) about their safety or having to make decisions that might alter the design of the finish project. I know that this was due to your leadership and personal integrity. I feel that because of this I not only have a contractor that will get all of my future projects and referrals but I also have made a friend. The “aloha” spirit is alive and well at Aloha Bros.
